- It was founded under the name Marco Export s.r.o. and transformed into a joint-stock company in 2001 and changed its business name to UNIMARCO A/S
- In 2007, the company was extended to Slovak republic and the subsidiary UNIMARCO SK s.r.o. was established

NEW FACILITIES FOR A GROWING COMPANY
In 2016, UNIMARCO A/S started a construction of a new facilites in Zelechovice nad Drevnici nearby Zlin. The new building has been finished in January 2017. The new headquarters has an area of 1.445 m2 and provides adequate facilities for all necessary activities as an administration, commerce, service and spare parts warehouse. Service hall with an area 650 m2 is equipped with a bridge crane and allows assembly and extensive repairs of even the biggest machines. Spare parts warehouse is fully automatic and it assures a fast and accurate preparation of spare parts and fast delivery to the customer.
