Liftmounted spreader F4
Bredal F4 rear-mounted fertilizer spreader operated by ISOBUS with functions of section control, spreading in wedges and a possibility for graduated distribution of fertilizer.
BREDAL F4 rear-mounted fertilizer spreader is designed for professional use and meant to meet the according requirements for effectivity and profitability. The capacity of F4 can be from 1500 up to 4000 liters with fertilizer hopper either painted with 2 layers of high-quality powder paint or produced in stainless steel.
F4 also meets different requirements existing for graduated distribution of fertilizer, headland spreading, spreading in wedges and automatic start and stop function at headland. The spreader is prepared for ISOBUS with a newly designed and thoroughly tested software. F4 is completed with weighing cells which allows it to adjust the dosage automatically, ensuring the correctness of the dosage in comparison with the required amount encoded. Moreover, there is an in-built tilt sensor regulating the dosage in the hilly terrain.
The spreader is equipped with 2 bottom conveyors operated independently from each other which allows to dose different amounts on the right and on the left sides. The 2 downchutes that position fertilizer further on to 2 spreading discs are operated by ISOBUS individually on the right and on the left sides, which results in the optimal spreading pattern by various working widths and different types of dosage.
In downchutes operation software there is an in-built automatic flow correction, so that the positon of downchutes automatically adjusts itself to the actual emitted amount, in practice it means that no changes occur in the spreading pattern no matter the amount. There is an extensive program of additional equipment for the F series so that it can be adapted to the current customer’s needs.
